Our mission is to support men struggling with unwanted porn use and all the consequences that come along with it: shame, isolation, stagnation, damage to relationships, sexual dysfunction and more. Through education and skills training, guided peer support and structured accountability partnerships, we provide men with all the tools they need to take control of their lives.
We envision a world where men no longer struggle with unwanted porn use. Where men are able to confidently direct their energy toward constructive growth. Where men follow through on their commitments, live by their values and call on each other for support. A brotherhood of men who uplift each other and help create individual fulfillment, connection, and purpose.

Struggling with unwanted porn use isn’t your fault, but taking responsibility is key. The first step is understanding how your brain works. Chronic porn use alters brain structures, leading to challenges ranging from sensitization to addiction. By building knowledge, you can reduce shame, learn from your experiences, heal and move forward with confidence.
Mindfulness is the top intervention for overcoming unwanted porn use. It’s about building the ability to recognize and feel what’s happening inside you without immediately reacting. In our program, we’ll simplify mindfulness practices, guiding you to develop these skills, even if you’ve never tried them before. By learning to experience urges or intense emotions without reaching for your phone or laptop, you'll be on the path to leaving unwanted porn use behind.
Accountability is crucial for lasting success and learning from setbacks. We’ll help you develop accountability skills and build a strong accountability partnership, significantly boosting your chances of reaching your goals. Supporting others in turn reinforces your knowledge, offers new perspectives, and helps you build valuable skills like empathy and communication, all of which accelerate personal growth.

Thomas and Will first met in 2021 at In Balance Ranch Academy, where they both worked with young men facing addiction challenges. Through their experiences in one-on-one and group counseling settings, they quickly realized that they shared a similar approach: mindful, non-judgmental, and client-centered.
Eventually, Thomas transitioned into private practice, while Will continued at the Ranch. In spite of this, they remained close friends, spending time hiking the trails of Southern Arizona, camping, and engaging in deep conversations about philosophy and life’s big questions.
During one of these hikes, they had a realization: many of their clients — particularly men — were struggling with unwanted porn use. They saw firsthand how pervasive this issue was and how difficult it often was to discuss and address. There on the trail, they decided to join forces and dedicate themselves to helping men overcome unwanted porn use, gain mastery over their own energy, and build the lives they truly want to live.
Hi, I’m Will! I’m a Tucson native with a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. My background includes experience in refugee support, community mental health, and addictions treatment, and I have worked as both an individual and family therapist. I’ve been committed to mindfulness practice for about 6 years.
I’m excited to offer you the powerful skills and essential information contained within this program because I know it works. The issue of unwanted porn use is personal and meaningful to me. Growing up in a Catholic environment and encountering pornography at a young age, I experienced intense guilt and shame. For years, I relied on porn to cope with my emotions. Today, I’m proud to say that’s no longer the case.
I’m passionate about helping others who face similar challenges because I understand the consequences that come with unwanted porn use. I believe we all have the potential to build fulfilling lives that positively impact ourselves and those around us. If you find that porn is consuming more time and energy than you’d like, I’m here to help you move beyond shame and redirect your energy toward what truly matters to you.
Hi. I'm Thomas. I'm a licensed counselor with a background working in residential addiction treatment for young men. I also work in private practice serving many different populations.
Through this work I have come to see the devastating effects of unwanted porn use. It has been eye opening to see so many men, no matter what they may come to see me for, also struggle with quitting porn. These men have shared how porn has ruined relationships, riddled them with shame, led to an intense feeling of isolation, never-ending self judgment, and a constant fear that others will find out their secret and judge and shame them too.
Personally, I discovered explicit content at a very young age and know how difficult it can be to decouple from the seemingly never-ending stream of sexually explicit content in todays' environment. The hypercharged delivery systems online have created an environment where sexual content and porn is ever-present and easily available. This makes it exponentially more destructive and difficult to stop its use.
This is what led me to want to co-create this curriculum and help as many men as possible break free from porn. I believe with better understanding, tools, and support you can absolutely quit porn and transform your life.
